How do the outfitter plans and tiers differ?

Mallard Bay offers four plan levels for outfitters. Basics is the entry tier with $0 software cost. If a marketplace take applies to your account, review the terms shown in your dashboard. Confirm your current setup in Subscription billing.

Basics

Basics is the entry tier. Features and any marketplace terms are account specific, so check your dashboard plan details.

Foundations: $199/mo

Foundations is a paid tier for outfitters who need more platform capabilities than the entry tier. Exact included features are account specific. See your dashboard plan details.

Growth: $399/mo

Growth is a higher tier with access to more platform tools. Higher tiers may unlock tools such as forms, automation, and ads tooling. Check your dashboard plan details before relying on a specific feature.

Custom: OMS and custom pricing

Custom is for teams with OMS needs or a tailored setup. Pricing and included tools are custom. Check your dashboard plan details.

What is included in each tier?

The frozen public ladder is Basics, Foundations, Growth, and Custom. Specific entitlements can vary by account, add-ons, and configuration. A full feature matrix is coming. How do I change plans?

In your dashboard, use Request subscription changes. You can also contact Mallard Bay support to review options and next steps. This is the default path for plan changes.
