# What do I need to send in after signup, and who's my point of contact?

## Guided website onboarding customers send their business content after signup. Self serve Website Builder customers review and publish from the dashboard. Choose the path that matches your service.

After signup, follow the path that matches your customer type.

 

GUIDED WEBSITE ONBOARDING CUSTOMERS

If Mallard Bay is guiding your website onboarding, the business line will text you a Google Drive folder after signup. Use it to send:

 

About your business

Packages and pricing

Photos and logo

Policies, waivers, licenses, and pre trip details

Your current domain and any related hosting or email details

 

If you do not receive the folder, call or text (225) 577-5397 or email support.

 

Mallard Bay will prepare a draft for your review. Domain transfer is optional and only starts after you approve the draft. Do not cancel your old hosting until DNS and email are clarified.

 

SELF SERVE WEBSITE BUILDER CUSTOMERS

If you use Website Builder, no Google Drive folder is required. Open Website Builder in your dashboard to review and publish your site yourself.
