How do I create a Quick Pay transaction?

What is Quick Pay?

QuickPay lets you request and process payments for merchandise, tips, and more—keeping all transactions in one place.

How Can I use Quick Pay?

Note: This feature is currently only available in the Dashboard. We will be adding it to the mobile app soon.

1. Within the dashboard visit https://my.mallardbay.com/quick-pay/
   
2. Select the orange "+ Create Quick Pay" button.
3. This will open a modal where you will be required to enter a dollar amount. That will be the only required field. However, you can optionally include the sportsmen's details and a note about the transaction. 
   
4. At the bottom of the modal, you will have the option to:
   1. Include tax – If enabled, the tax rate from your profile will be applied on top of the amount entered.
   2. Enter payment details – If enabled, you'll be redirected to a screen to log payment details.
      
      If you choose to not enter payment details, a QR code and link will be provided for you to share with the sportsmen, allowing them to enter the payment details themselves.
      
      
      
5. Once you create the Quick Pay, you will be redirected back to the main page. Here you can see a list of Quick Pays. 
6. To view details, edit, or re-share a link to a pending payment, click on the three vertical dots for all available options.
   

Please note: If you would like to  create a booking from within the dashboard, you should instead following this guide. Adding a booking as quick pay will not allow you to capture booking details or update your calendar availability.
