How do I view my client details in Mallard Bay?

The Clients tab gives you one central place to manage every relationship—whether it's a repeat guest or someone just kicking the tires.

Here's How it Works:

Step 1: Access "Clients"


Step 2: Viewing a Client's Record

  • Here you can view a list of clients who have booked a trip at one of your listings. You can search for a client by name, phone, or email. Once you have located the client you wish to view, simply click on their row to view more details. Export Client Notes for Specific Dates - Step 2
  • Here you can review their contact details, sales history, and even add notes. Export Client Notes for Specific Dates - Step 3
  • To close the client's details, click the "x" in the upper-right corner. Export Client Notes for Specific Dates - Step 4

Step 3: Exporting Records

  • If you wish to export a CSV file of your clients, you can do so by selecting the "Export" button.

Step 4: Filtering Clients

  • You can also filter your list of clients by trip date. To do so, select the "Filter" option.

  • Select "Dates". Export Client Notes for Specific Dates - Step 13
