Here's How it Works:
Step 1: Access "Clients"
- Navigate to https://my.mallardbay.com/
- Click "Clients"
Step 2: Viewing a Client's Record
- Here you can view a list of clients who have booked a trip at one of your listings. You can search for a client by name, phone, or email. Once you have located the client you wish to view, simply click on their row to view more details.
- Here you can review their contact details, sales history, and even add notes.
- To close the client's details, click the "x" in the upper-right corner.
Step 3: Exporting Records
- If you wish to export a CSV file of your clients, you can do so by selecting the "Export" button.
- The file will then be downloaded to your device.
Step 4: Filtering Clients
- You can also filter your list of clients by trip date. To do so, select the "Filter" option.
- Select "Dates".
- Select your date range and then click "Confirm". You'll then see a filtered list of clients.
