How do I manage my booking leads?

The Leads tool helps you keep track of every potential booking.

 

Here, you can:

  • Add someone who’s shown interest in a trip but hasn’t booked.

  • Log key details about what they’re looking for—dates, trip type, group size, and more.

  • Track your follow-up progress and add notes along the way.

  • Generate a custom quote that pulls in available customer and trip data.

  • Close out the lead when it books—or reschedule it for a future check-in.

It’s designed to keep you organized, responsive, and in control of your sales process—without needing a spreadsheet or a whiteboard. Because every lead is a chance to build trust, fill your calendar, and grow your business the right way.

Creating a Leads

  1. In the sidebar, select "Clients" to reveal the "Leads" option, then click "Leads" to open the lead management page.

  2. Click "Add New Lead" to open a form where you can either choose an existing customer or enter a new one.

  3. You’ll also have the option to include trip details and referral source before creating the lead.

  4. Alternatively, you can create a new lead directly from the "Clients" page by selecting "Create a New Lead".

Managing Leads

  1. In the table view, click the three vertical dots on any lead to see available actions (View Details, View Client Details, and Send a Quote).

  2.  To update a lead's status, either select "View Details" or click anywhere on the row to open the lead modal.

  3. From there, you can change the status, and the lead will automatically move to the appropriate tab at the top of the page.
