What is the Clients Dashboard?
The Clients Dashboard is a powerful new feature built into our CRM tools designed to help you better manage communication and history with both new and returning customers. From searching clients to sending follow-ups, creating quotes, and logging notes — everything is now centralized in one easy-to-use dashboard.
How to Access the Clients Dashboard

Log in to your Mallard Bay account.

On the left-hand navigation menu, click the “Clients” tab.

If you don’t see this tab, contact your account manager or use the in-app upgrade option to unlock CRM access.

What You Can See in the Clients View
-
List of all clients who have booked with you through Mallard Bay.

Key data for each client:
-
Most recent trip start date
-
First booking date
-
-
Search clients by name using the search bar.

👤 Client Details View
Click on a client’s name to view:

Number of previous bookings
-
Gross sales
-
Packages previously booked

Available Actions:

Email the client directly.

On mobile, tap their phone number to call or text.

Use message templates (email or SMS) to quickly:

Send a Google review request
-
Send custom follow-ups
-

Launch a new quote pre-filled with the client’s name.

Create a new booking (great for logging deposits or running a card).

Convert to a lead if not yet booked.
Client Profile Customization

Edit a client’s group or page info.

Upload a profile image to recognize clients visually instead of by name.

Notes & Team Collaboration

Use the notes section to log important info about a client.

Tag team members (e.g.,
@Owner) to trigger:-
Email or in-app notifications

Actionable alerts to review or follow up
